The 60m² unit in the basement can accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toasters and kitchen wear.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed, flat screen television with satellite TV incl. internet access and a fireplace. The bedroom is equiped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and a trundle bed with two other 0.90 x 2.00 m mattresses, wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hair dryer and towels are in accordance with the number of guests.

Courtyard/ patio:
